Data Deletion Instructions
You can request deletion of personal information stored by the Sun Power Ben Hamad Solar Lead Agent in connection with Facebook Messenger messages and Facebook Page comments.
1. Contact us
Call 21622772 (from outside Tunisia: +216 21 622 772) and say you want to delete your Solar Lead Agent data. Alternatively, send a private message to the same Sun Power Ben Hamad Facebook Page you contacted, using the words “Data deletion request”.
No account on this website is needed. If you no longer have access to your Facebook account, use the phone contact.
2. Help us find your records
Provide your Facebook display name or profile link and the approximate date of your conversation or comment. If you previously gave us a phone number, you may provide that number to help locate the records. Share these details privately, not in a public comment.
We may ask you to confirm the request from the same Facebook profile, or verify limited information about the inquiry, to avoid deleting someone else’s data. Never send your Facebook password, login codes or payment details.
3. Request handling and confirmation
The request is handled by the business operator. After verifying the request, we will delete the associated personal data under our control, including stored messages or comments, Meta-supplied identifiers, conversation context and linked personal information in customer-service records and memory. This includes relevant records in Supabase and stored n8n workflow logs where applicable.
Where relevant, we will address copies held by processing providers through their available deletion procedures. Provider logs and backups may follow separate retention cycles. If information must be retained to meet a legal obligation, we will explain the reason and scope.
We will confirm completion through the contact method used for your request, or explain any remaining steps or limitations. You can call the business number above to check the status of your request.
What this request does not delete
This process covers information processed by our app. It does not delete your Facebook account or automatically remove original messages, posts or comments retained by Meta. Manage those separately in Facebook or Messenger.
